To make a claim for an incorrectly supplied item, or a quality issue, please email [email protected] within 2 working days of delivery. The Lisa Fahey Foundation aims for the highest quality merchandise, and fundraising and/or awareness events: a replacement item or credit will normally be applied when a quality issue is reported and validated.
Delivery / Mail Policy We aim to get merchandise, tickets and miscellaneous items to you as soon as possible. To minimise costs, when possible entry to events will be managed using a guest list and name tags that will be used as a checklist at the event. Merchandise will be made available for collection from designated locations. When requested merchandise will be posted, at your cost to your nominated address within two days of receipt of funds. When tickets or other documents are required for events, they will be posted to your nominated address within two days of receipt of funds.
To guarantee delivery of items it is best to provide a postal address where there is a locked letter box or where someone will be available to receive the item between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Letters will be left in the mail box provided at the address. If there is no one at the delivery address your order will be left or your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. You must provide the Foundation with a correct and complete address, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number. We use Australia Post for mail and package deliveries.
